Winter Cadet Only

Calling all snow-loving teens! Chester Bowl’s Winter Cadet Program lets you take your passion for the slopes to the next level. Cadets assist with ski/snowboard lessons, terrain park operations, and mentoring—all while gaining leadership skills and earning volunteer hours.

The Winter Cadet Program is an opportunity for teens to learn valuable leadership skills while having fun during the ski & snowboard program at Chester Bowl. 

Winter Cadets will receive: 

✅ Free personalized jacket + meals during volunteer shifts  

✅ Hands-on leadership training with Chester Bowl’s experienced instructors  

✅ Build winter skills while helping others discover the joy of skiing & riding  

✅ Flexible commitment—perfect for students balancing school & snow

Grade & Participation Requirements

Open to Cadets currently in or beyond 7th grade the Winter Cadet Program are expected to volunteer 40 or more hours during the winter season (December-March).   

Program Cost & Registration Deadline

The Winter Cadet Program costs $100. For scholarship support email sam@chesterbowl.org 

Registration for this year’s program will be open October-November with the program starting once Chester opens for the season in December. Check back here for more information this fall!
